This creativity training course is typically a full day workshop. Typical content includes:

  • The surprising psychology of creativity
  • The 3 steps to run great brainstorms
  • Then we run 2-3 live brainstorms in groups of 5-8 people, ideally working on live business issues or client briefs
  • How to present, package and sell your ideas to clients – the skills of persuasion and influence
  • Your action plan to be more creative – we wrap up by spending some time on committing to specific steps to take back to our day jobs
