How our courses work

Where are you based and do you travel domestically or internationally?

Realizer’s head office is in Sydney, Australia. We are happy to travel domestically to run our workshops. International travel is possible by negotiation.

How do know your approach works?

We measure the impact of our workshops in 4 ways.

  1. Feedback on the day
  2. Learning on the day
  3. Feedback 30 days post workshop and
  4. Case studies of the impact of training gathered from participants.

As such we know for example that 90% of people rate our workshops 8 out of 10 or above on the day, and 90% make real changes within the first 30 days back in their job.

How many trainers do you have?

We have a small hand-picked team of professionals who have held senior industry experience and are qualified trainers. We’ll work with you to recommend the most appropriate trainer for your needs.

Can you tailor content to my needs?

We always take time to understand your organization and create bespoke training, or tailor our current training to your needs.

How do you set your prices?

We benchmark our prices against other providers, and aim to create great return on investment for our clients. Prices are generally for a group of up to 12 people for a day’s training.

How much experience do you have?

Each trainer has 10+ years’ industry experience and typically 3+ years as a trainer.

Do you have experience in my industry?

We have a wide range of industries that we’ve worked in or with including: Marketing, Media, Advertising, Design, Not for Profit, Government, Sport, Education, Law, Professional Services, Recruitment, Associations, FMCG, Auto, Retail, Beverages, Alcohol and Luxury Goods. We don’t take on work for Mining or Gambling clients.

How does the process of organizing a workshop happen?

Typically, we will agree a proposal with you and book a date. Clients normally book venue and any catering. We work with you to tailor the content as the workshop approaches, and communicate with participants. Once the workshop is finished we will capture results, share them with you, and make sure we follow up 30 days post workshop to assess impact back in the workplace.

Do you do public workshops?

Generally we focus on in-house workshops where we have one group of people from one organization. Occasionally we do public workshops.

Apart from training what services do you provide?

We also run a significant number of strategy and/or team-building days. Plus we do some 1:1 coaching.
