Official launch of Realizer

March 8th 2017: Today is the day we officially launch our new name.

Why the new name?

As X or Y Decisions, we primarily focused on Decision-Making training.

Now we are called Realizer. And we’ve added Management and Productivity to Decision-Making as our 3 core focuses.

Since we kicked off in 2013, our clients have asked us to do more and more work beyond Decision-Making, especially around Management skills training and Productivity.

So we chose a new name that reflects the consistent core of what we do: we use our psychology background to help people derive insights, which in turn helps them make real change. The name Realizer represents both insight and making things happen.

Our tagline brings this to life: insights inspiring action.

What’s new?

We’re now a team of 4 specialists. Laura Peck is our Management and Negotiation expert. Michelle Pitt is our specialist in Productivity and Presentation Skills. Naomi Buck leads our work in the For Purpose / Not for Profit space. And Rob Pyne is the lead on Decision-Making, Coaching and Facilitation & Team-building.

What’s the same?

We’ve kept all the good things about X or Y. We still lead the way in Decision-Making training. All our trainers have 10+ years in industry. We create our content based on the latest psychological research and tried and tested tools.

People have always said our sessions are “Engaging”, “Practical” and “Relevant” so we’ll be sticking to that formula.

We’re also obsessed by delivering results, so expect us to keep innovating in the way we measure the impact of training programs.
